Summer is upon us! Whether your personal bliss is spending time at the beach, hiking in the mountains, or tending your garden, aching feet can steal your fun. After all, they're working hard and holding up the rest of your body.

Our Extreme Foot Cream contains Hylauronic Acid for skin nourishment, along with MSM, Arnica, Boswellia and ILEX to help aid in relieving tired aching feet, plus Tea Tree Oil and Peppermint Oil to aid in foot health.

TheraBlend Hyaluronic AcidDaily use will keep your feet feeling healthy and happy!  Moisturizing your feet at night before bed is a great idea.

Don't forget, when you're applying suncreen, to apply it to your feet as well, if you're wearing sandals, flip flops, or going barefoot. Not only is sunburn harmful to the skin, it's also just plain miserable when you have to put on a pair of shoes.

Other tips for keeping the feet healthy:

  • Be sure you're wearing comfortable, well-fitted shoes. Never wear shoes that are too tight.
  • When shopping for shoes, it's better to go late in the day, as feet tend to be larger than when you first wake up. That will help insure a better fit.
  • Don't share shoes with anyone.
  • Shower rooms in gyms or health clubs are a hotbed of athlete's foot. Always were your own flip flops when using a shower that is used by others.
  • Ditch the high heels! They force the foot into an unnatural position that can cause pain elsewhere in the body, like sciatica, low back pain, and knee pain.
  • Inspect your feet regularly. This is doubly important for those who are diabetic and/or suffer from peripheral neuropathy. Even a small sore or peeling skin that won't heal can turn into a major health issue.
  • If your nails are cracking or discolored, see a podiatrist. You may have a fungal infection.
  • Maintain your feet. Wash in lukewarm water, being sure to get between the toes, and dry thoroughly before putting on shoes.
  • Don't ignore foot pain that lasts more than a short period of time. Visit your family doctor or a podiatrist, who specializes in foot problems.
